Jenna Robinson

Jenna is one of those rare gems who’s done it all and done it with heart. With more than 20 years in Early Childhood Education, she’s been a qualified teacher, centre manager, curriculum leader, home educator, sensory class facilitator, and tutor.

These days, she brings all that experience into her role as a Recruitment Consultant at Candidex, where she partners with centres across Aotearoa to place educators who truly make a difference.

Before joining Candidex, Jenna led the Wellington region, building strong connections with centres and kaiako alike. She’s known for her sharp understanding of what makes a great educator and how to spot one from a mile away. Jenna is Passionate, grounded, and values-driven, Jenna thrives on helping educators find their spark because when teachers thrive, tamariki do too.
